1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DreamzCore ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DreamzCore is a web-based trading journal and analytics platform designed for prop firm traders. The Service provides trade logging, performance analytics, market data, news feeds, and other trading-related tools.

DreamzCore is not a broker, financial advisor, or trading platform. We do not execute trades, provide investment advice, or manage funds on your behalf. All trading decisions are solely your responsibility.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Free and Pro Plans

DreamzCore offers a free plan with limited features and a paid Pro plan. New accounts receive a 7-day trial with full Pro access.

• Free plan: 50 trades per month, basic features
• Pro plan: Unlimited trades, full feature access
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Payments and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
• Failed payments may result in downgrade to the free plan

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into DreamzCore, including trade logs, notes, and settings. We do not sell or share your personal trading data with third parties.

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through Settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service
• Share your account credentials with others

8. Third-Party Integrations

DreamzCore integrates with third-party services including Tradovate, TradingView, Yahoo Finance, Finnhub, and Tiingo. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Market data, news, or analytics will be accurate or timely
• Bot signals or trading insights will result in profitable trades

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. DreamzCore is a journaling tool, not trading advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamzCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
